Jewellery & watches

  • Earrings can be worn (studs only) but can cause a particular problem for P.E. Earrings must be removed by the child during P.E./swimming. Staff are not allowed to remove or insert earrings.

  • No other jewellery can be worn to school e.g. bracelets, chains, etc.

  • Children can wear watches, but not watches that connect to mobile phones or to the Internet and take photos, e.g. Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, etc. These watches are a distraction and also very expensive, should they get broken, or lost.

All logoed uniform can be found on the following website: www.schooltrends.co.uk

School coats, bags and book bags are also on the website and are recommended.

The House Teams are:

Thorpeness (Red)

Orford (Blue)

Aldeburgh (Green)

Dunwich (Yellow)

Ask a teacher if you are not sure which house your child is in – they will be happy to let you know. School coats, bags and book bags are also on the website and are recommended.
